Contruction worker for fences and gates

Skandinaviska Områdesskydd provides fences and gates to companies and private persons in Sweden. We are 55 empolyees, of which 25 work in production. We're looking to hire 10 more workers in 2023. The work includes checking project information in an app, picking up material at our warehouse, transportation to working area, mounting of fences and gates and reporting hours and status of the project. Most fences are mesh or steel, and mounting a fence means digging deep holes (many times by hand but sometimes with machine), fixing poles with concrete and hanging the net. We also work with wooden fences, noise barriers, glass and steel railings and other sorts of fences. You will belong to a team with 5-7 other workers, led by a teamleader. All teamleaders speak polish and english. We want you to have experience in construction, preferably fence mounting, and if you can speak and understand english that is meritous. You must have a drivers licence, and we want to check criminal records before starting the work. The first weeks you will work with an experienced colleague to learn the job. Salary and benefits We offer full time work (permanent employment with six months trial period) with collective agreement. The salary is paid once a month and consists of a guarantee salary (based on your previous experience) and chords (piecework salary). This means that you can affect your salary by doing the job with effeciency and quality. We work monday-friday with the possibility to also work on saturdays if you want to. You have the possibility to work more hours during six weeks, followed by two weeks free time (total approximately 175 h per month). We will provide working car, clothes for working and all tools required. We offer the possibility to rent living space 15 minutes from the office/warehouse, at cost price. This means you have your own bed and storage, but share kitchen, bathroom and living room with others. There are 2 or 3 beds in one bedroom.
