Construction Tradespeople

We are looking for several multi-skilled construction tradespeople in Valencia, Spain, with proven experience carrying out full renovations of homes and commercial premises. We are seeking technically skilled, resourceful candidates with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while completing and supervising work to high quality standards. 📋 Key responsibilities • Carry out general masonry work, including partition walls, rendering, plastering, installing door and window frames, metalwork, tiling and floor installation. • Read and interpret technical plans, including layouts, dimensions and construction details. • Understand and work with construction budgets, including taking measurements, tracking work items and calculating the materials required for each job. • Bring additional renovation skills, such as installing plasterboard/drywall and suspended ceilings, and assisting with plumbing and electrical work. • Organize work on site and carry out basic setting-out. • Experience: At least 3–5 years working in the full interior renovation sector. • Technical skills: Must be able to interpret plans and work with budget line items. • Health and safety training: Training in occupational risk prevention is an advantage. If you do not have this training, or your qualification is from another country, the company will arrange an approved 60-hour in-person course through the Construction Labour Foundation before work begins. • Driving licence required. Employment conditions • Contract: Permanent contract assigned to a construction project, in accordance with current construction industry regulations. • Salary: In line with the Collective Agreement for the Construction Industry in the province of Valencia and the applicable professional grade. • Private room in shared accommodation.
