As teamleader production salads, you are responsible for the daily management on the floor. You will lead a team of line managers, operators and production employees. You will support, coach and develop your team.
Furthermore, you are proactively involved in drafting improvement proposals, working methods and work instructions. You are accountable to your supervisor for daily production data, deviations and results. Best of all, you as a born leader will support and inspire your fantastic team day-to-day.
You could work from 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 23:00, but you also have the possibility to work day-night from 06:00 to 14:00 and 22:00 to 08:00. You will have a fixed-term contract at Hessing or at us. There is a full-time working week of 38 hours and a 4-weekly salary payment.
