Machine/CNC operators

For a client which produces offshore foundations for wind turbines, located in Maasvlakte, we are searching for Machine / CNC operators for the following departments: Available Positions: 1. 🚚 Transport Operator o Responsibilities: Operating cranes, overhead cranes, and forklifts to move metal plates and materials within and outside the production hall. o Skills/Requirements: Experience lifting equipment; technical thinking; ability to work in a diverse team of nationalities. 2. 🔩 Plate Roller o Responsibilities:  Working with precision to roll metal plates.  Setting parameters on the rolling machine according to instructions. o Skills/Requirements: Accuracy is critical; experience in a similar role 3. ⚙️ Milling Operator o Responsibilities:  Operating milling machines to process large plates of approximately 42 tons and 27 meters in length.  Reading programs into automatic milling machines for the pre-processing of the plates. o Skills/Requirements: Technical knowledge, experience in machining, ability to follow detailed programs. General Requirements: • 🚗 Driver’s License (DL): Is an advantage • 🔒 VCA Certificate: Mandatory (can be obtained in NL through us). • 🇬🇧 English: Mandatory minimum B1 level. • 💼 Experience: Relevant experience in similar positions and technical roles. Compensation and Benefits: o Training: Comprehensive training is provided to operate specialized machinery (Paid as normal hours) • 💰 Base Salary: €17.73 gross/hour (normal shift: 06:00 - 14:00). • 🕒 Shift Allowances: o +28% for evening shift (14:00 - 22:00). o +35% for night shift (22:00 - 06:00). • ⏰ Overtime Rates: o +75% on Saturdays. o +100% on Sundays. • 🏠 Accommodation: Single room provided. • ✈️ International Travel: €100 budget per trip. • 🚙 Company Car: €7 per day (If you will be the driver) *Shift Rotation: • The work is rotating between three shifts: o Morning shift: 06:00 - 14:00 o Evening shift: 14:00 - 22:00 o Night shift: 22:00 - 06:00 • You will rotate through these shifts weekly. Working Environment: • You’ll work in a large, international team within a large production hall, and training is provided to operate specialized machines.
