Industrial Facade Painter (M/F) (no knowledge of German required), €2,200 net/month, Heusenstamm, Germany Work location: Heusenstamm, Germany Accommodation: provided (single rooms) Job Responsibilities - Painting industrial facades on-site using a spray gun with a cup - Masking and preparing surfaces for painting - Filling, sanding, and priming elements (including wet sanding) - Securing outdoor elements and the work area - Assembling mobile scaffolding for work at heights (~2.5 m) - Constantly ensuring safety in the workplace - Employee meetings at the company with personal vehicles, followed by transportation in a company vehicle to the job site - Jobs may last several days; the company provides accommodation and covers its costs - Assignments cover the entire area of Germany Required Competencies - Experience as an industrial painter - Ability to work at heights - Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety and commitment to workplace safety - Accuracy, precision, and good organizational skills - Willingness to work on assignments throughout Germany - Category B driving license is essential (a car is not required) - Knowledge of German is a plus We Offer - Employment contract under German conditions - Stable, long-term employment - Salary: €15.35 gross/hour plus allowances - Net salary: approx. €2,200 monthly - Accommodation in single rooms: €600 monthly - Holiday and Christmas bonuses will be paid according to the tariff and after the probation period - In the first year €230 gross - In the second year €320 gross - In subsequent years €420 gross - Support from Polish-speaking coordinators - Social insurance - Opportunities for personal development
