Your responsibilities PCBA Operator - Operating, setting up, and adjusting automated PCBA production machines - Performing precise manual tasks: electronics assembly and soldering (rework) - Conducting product tests and visual/manual quality inspections - Ensuring smooth and efficient production line operation Assembler - Assembling complex mechanical and electro‑mechanical modules - Building high‑precision cabinets and system components - Working with technical drawings, work instructions, and strict quality standards What we’re looking for - Technical education and/or experience as an operator - Motivation to work with advanced automated machinery - Ability to read and understand technical drawings - High precision, quality focus, and proactive attitude - Good communication skills in English - Willingness to work in a 2‑shift system: morning: 06:00 – 14:15, afternoon: 14:15 – 23:00 (Fridays finish early at 20:30)
