(M/F) Cheese Production Worker

Work location: Almere, Zeewolde A-Ware is a family-owned company with over 135 years of experience in the food industry. The facility is responsible for the entire cheese production chain - from production to packaging, cutting, aging, processing, and distribution. The company specializes in cheese personalization — offering it in pieces, slices, cubes, powder, and grated form. Royal A-Ware products reach customers in the Netherlands and international markets. Agency registration number: 470 ___ Your responsibilities will include: - packaging yellow cheese at the production line, - repackaging products, moving and transporting within the facility, - applying stickers, - quality control. What are our requirements? - communicative knowledge of English (minimum A2), - willingness to work in lower temperatures (around 15 degrees Celsius), - readiness for physical work, - in one of the departments, machines in the facility are adapted for right-handed individuals. Upon starting work, it is mandatory to familiarize yourself with the health and safety regulations and complete an online test. - a driving license category B is a plus What can you expect from us? - salary of €16.19 gross/hour (base rate of €14.99/hour gross + holiday allowance of 8%) - shift bonuses, - driver allowance: €2.50 per day, - constant access to planning, payslips, and other documents through the online employee portal, - assistance in organizing your trip to the Netherlands, - coordinator support in the Netherlands, - Holland Zorg insurance, - weekly payments (Tuesday) – transfers to the specified account, - free transportation to work (from our accommodation) using company cars, - reimbursement of travel costs for those with their own accommodation.
