Assembly Helper (m/f/d) Construction Sites

For our client, one of the most well-known and reputable temporary employment agencies in Germany, we are looking for several Assembly Helpers (m/f/d) for Construction Sites (Electrical, Heating/Sanitary, or Steel Construction). The Task: You will support skilled workers in metal and plastic construction in the manufacturing, maintenance, and care of machines and constructions. You will perform simple, assisting tasks to ensure a smooth production process. Your detailed tasks include: - Operating simple machines such as saws or bending presses after instruction - Loading production facilities - Assembling components according to plans - Conducting quality controls and - Cleaning, packaging, and storage tasks. The Job Requirements: You primarily need manual dexterity and physical resilience for lifting components and handling machines. Details: - Very good German language skills (at least C1 according to the European Reference Framework) for secure communication with the installers on-site - Experience on construction sites in trades (HLS, Electrical, or Steel Construction) - Confident handling of hand tools and power tools (screwdrivers, reciprocating saws) - Class B driver's license is an advantage - Aerial work platform certificate is an advantage, must be fit for heights (working in aerial work platforms in industrial halls) - Personal protective equipment is an advantage: helmet, safety vest, glasses, S3 shoes, fall protection equipment is an advantage, not a requirement - Compliance with occupational safety regulations - Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team - Willingness for regional assignments is an advantage ("Long-distance assembly" within Germany, weekends off) My client offers: - Hourly wage of at least €15.69 gross - negotiable (depending on training and experience) - Monthly salary of at least €2,700 gross - High-quality free personal protective equipment as well as occupational medical and safety technical support - Intensive support from a dedicated contact person (including regular feedback discussions and information events) - Employee app and working time account for the uncomplicated handling of requests, such as vacation applications and more flexibility through accurate time tracking - Employee discounts at attractive brands in the areas of entertainment, fitness, home furnishings, clothing, and more (Corporate Benefits) - Internal, nationwide advancement opportunities (desired locations can usually be considered, as my client is active nationwide (over 50 locations in Germany).
