Job Responsibilities:
• Cutting pork elements: neck, ham, shoulder, head
• Skinning pork elements
• Bone removal (deboning)
• Processing boneless meat
• Ensuring the quality of raw materials and accuracy in cutting
• Maintaining cleanliness at the workplace and adhering to health and safety regulations
Requirements:
• Professional experience in meat cutting – a must
• Ability to work with a knife and knowledge of cutting techniques
• Responsibility, precision, manual dexterity
• Willingness to perform physical work
• Availability for single-shift work (currently), with future potential for two-shift work
