Our clients are truck manufactures that do complete maintenance, repairs and overhauls of all types of truck diesel engines. Duties as a TPS truck mechanic: Replace wheel bearings, maintain or replace transmission Change oil, replace brake linings, replace windshield wipers, replace filters Check oil and coolant levels, inspect for leaks in the cooling system, brakes, steering system, and transmission Check the brakes, including brake discs, brake pads, brake calipers, and brake lines Inspect Tires, including tire pressure, wear, and any damages Check lighting, including headlights, tail lights, blinkers, and fog lights Check the condition of the battery and starter Perform minor repairs such as replacing brake fluid or replacing spark plugs Inspect the chassis, body, cooling system, exhaust, and other specific parts as necessary Provide an inspection report and draft and submit report after service and handover to team leader and submit work order to billing department after team leader approval The client will expect you to work nice, with a good and efficient working pace and with care for quality. What can you expect from TPS? An excellent salary: €620,00 per week, based on 40 normal hours. Salary can range to €800,00 nett per week in case you have the possibility to work extra hours. Extra hours and working on Saturdays is possible, but never guaranteed. Working weeks ranging from 40 - 55 hours work. Accommodation is paid and provided by TPS. Would you like to work for a longer period of time? No problem, stable future work perspective is our focus. Do you prefer short projects? We can always help you with that too. You will receive a company car including free gasoline for all work related kilometers. In case you come with your personal car, TPS will pay you an extra nett allowance for every work related kilometer consisting of €0,21 per kilometer. TPS has annual budget available for personal development e.g. job required certificates and relevant courses. What do we expect from you? *You have a minimum of 2 years of experience with maintenance, repair and overhaul of Truck, trailers or vehicle engines in a workshop *You have an automotive or mechanical education background with hands-on mechanical experience in a workshop *You have a good technical understanding and can comprehend with technical- and mechanical drawings. *Good level of English in speaking and reading is a must. *You must have a valid driving license Cat.
