For our client, a large and renowned bus and taxi company in the Würzburg/Bavaria area, we are urgently seeking several auto and commercial vehicle bodywork technicians m/f/d.
The work will take place in a brand new, modern company facility (built in 2025). The workshop area is also new and at a high technical level.
Your deployment will depend on employee needs in both areas: passenger cars or commercial vehicles (buses).
Willingness to work in both vehicle categories is therefore required.
Your responsibilities:
- Cosmetic repairs on motor vehicles (buses and cars)
- Reshaping damaged parts
- Welding work
- Repainting vehicles and vehicle parts
- Correct color matching
You bring:
- Training as a bodywork technician m/f/d
- Ideally, some professional experience (from 1 year)
- German language skills from A1 or good English language skills from B1 according to the European
Framework of Reference for Languages for communication with supervisors and colleagues required
Additional paid qualification (not a requirement):
- Driver's license class C/E and/or D
My client offers:
- Hourly wage starting from €20.49 gross (depending on professional experience)
- Regular working hours = 167 hours, overtime (200 hours) on a voluntary basis always possible and
desired, but no obligation
- Minimum wage at 167 hours = €3,400
- at 200 hours = €4,100 gross
- Additional master training - responsibility for the entire department, with corresponding pay
- Probation period: 6 months, permanent employment contract
- Holiday and Christmas bonuses
