What are we looking for:
- You are capable to follow all steps in the process panel beating. Which consist of:
o Disassembling of body and chassis parts.
o Repairing and renewing of body and chassis parts
o Repairing small damages (< 2 hours recovery) as well as big damages.
o Welding (CO2 and copper)
o Repairing damages using a bench and hydraulic tools in combination with digital measure systems..
o Restoring the original lines of the car.
o Apply kit like original applied.
o Sanding from clear metal, first layer of putty.
o Sanding the putty tight.
o Repairing bumpers with welding machine.
- You use the prescribed tools in a correct manner and you keep your workspace neat and in order.
- You are familiar with and are experienced in working with a spotter. It is considered a pre if you can work with the Miracle system.
- You are able to complete the assignments in accordance with the proper process to meet the required quality within the specified time.
- You are able to perform the job independently.
