Requirements Essential - Training in Automotive or equivalent qualification. - Minimum of 4 years of experience as an automotive technician. - Proven experience working with electric and hybrid vehicles. - Training and/or certifications in high-voltage systems. - Experience in electronic diagnostics and troubleshooting complex faults. - Conversational level of English (minimum B1). Highly Valued - Previous experience in an official Mercedes-Benz dealership. - Official manufacturer certifications. - Experience using Mercedes-Benz diagnostic tools. Responsibilities - Perform advanced diagnostics on electric and hybrid vehicles. - Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults. - Work with high-voltage systems following Mercedes-Benz safety standards. - Carry out interventions using diagnostic equipment and cutting-edge technology. - Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the highest quality standards and customer satisfaction. - Stay updated on new technologies and repair processes within the Mercedes-Benz network.
