▪️ Programming and operating Haas CNC lathe using Haas controller (G and M codes)
▪️ Programming directly on the machine (no CAM system used)
▪️ Tool management
▪️ Working in steel, cast iron, bronze, and stainless steel
▪️ Tolerances 0,01
▪️ Measurements of the parts using micrometers + quality control
▪️ Small series (mostly max. 5 pieces) also single parts are made on CNC machines
▪️ Design and drawings on paper according to a model
▪️ Reading technical drawings
▪️ Maintenance on the lathe
Requirements:
▪️ You have a few years of experience
▪️ You have completed technical education
▪️ You have knowledge of G&M codes
▪️ You are able to work independently
▪️ You can communicate well in English language
Working schedule:
▪️ Monday 8h to 12h30 and 13h to 17h
▪️ Tuesday 7h to 12h30 and 13h to 17h
▪️ Wednesday 7h to 12h30 and 13h to 17h
▪️ Thursday 7h to 12h30 and 13h to 17h
▪️ Friday 7h to 12h30 and 13h to 15h
▪️ Saturday 7h to 12h (on a voluntary basis)
On a voluntary basis, you can work 11 hours/day and 5 hours on Saturday, and that means extra-money, because extra hours are paid 150%.

The company:
Our customer is a family-owned company located in Ronse, Belgium. They are specialized in hydraulics and as a service partner for Bosch Rexroth, they sell hydraulic components (pumps, motors, valves, filtration, accumulators, cylinders, …), give service and perform maintenance on hydraulic installations/systems.
Our customer has also a well-equipped workshop to produce and repair hydraulic cylinders. All machining centers (turning, milling, boring, welding, grinding, honing, chrome plating, mounting, testing, painting) can be found in the workshop. They can handle cylinders up to 30 tons.
