Our client is a manufacturer of parts for the automotive industry, specializing in precision components such as connecting rods, camshafts and cams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Making corrections to control components
- Changing tools
- Quality control
- Measurements according to technical drawings
- Care and maintenance of machines according to specifications
- Data entry into ERP system
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- 4-shift system
- Salary: from 2200€ net to as much as 5000€ net (+ 200 Euro inflationary compensation from the first day, permanent!).
- Plus night bonus
- Free single room
- Loyalty bonus:
- 4 weeks without absence: 250 Euro gross
- 8 weeks with no absences: 500 Euro gross
- 12 weeks with no absences: 1000 Euro gross
Our employees earned an average of €3,135 NET in the previous month together with all bonuses. The highest earnings were more than €5,000 NET!
REQUIREMENTS:
- Driving license and own car
- German language at the level of min. A2 or good English
- The work is not complicated, so we do not require a lot of experience - we also hire suitable candidates after a CNC course
- Willingness to work is most important!
