What does working on a CNC bender involve?
Working on a CNC bender requires both technical skills and precision.
The operator performs the following tasks:
Preparing the machine: Setting tools on the bending machine and checking their fit to the order
Machine operation: Entering parameters into the CNC controller, such as bending angles, pressing force or number of operations
Quality control: After each cycle, the operator checks the dimensions of the finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers or protractors
Corrections: If the finished part does not meet requirements, the operator makes adjustments to the setup
Maintenance: Regular cleaning and repair of the bending machine to maintain performance and avoid downtime

Your tasks:
Bending of metal sheets on CNC press brakes
Independent setup and operation of CNC machines
Checking the quality of parts and making any corrections to bending programs.
Maintenance of machines and basic mechanical repairs
What we expect.
Completed training as a locksmith, construction mechanic or similar
Ability to work with CNC machines and read technical drawings
Independence and precision in performing duties
Knowledge of German at B1 level
A driver's license and a car will be a big advantage, due to the location of the workplace

Work system: Work in two shifts, 38.5 hours per week

Salary: Approximately €2,400 net per month
