CNC Operator (FR, NL, BE)

Job Description: CNC Operator (Junior/Medior) Location: France, Netherlands, and Belgium Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week Salary: €2,250 – €3,200 per month (depending on experience) About the Company A highly respected manufacturing company with a history of over 100 years. Role Overview We are looking for motivated CNC operators with at least 6 months of experience in CNC machining (metal or wood). In this role, you will not be required to program machines. Instead, your main responsibilities will include operating CNC machinery, monitoring production, and making necessary adjustments to ensure smooth and precise operations. In some cases, training is also provided. Key Responsibilities • Start CNC machines according to established procedures • Monitor machining processes to ensure accuracy and quality • Make minor adjustments to machine settings when necessary • Perform basic inspections of finished parts • Ensure that machine operations comply with safety and quality standards • Report issues or irregularities to the supervisor or technical staff • Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements - European citizen • Minimum of 6 months of experience as a CNC operator in metal or wood machining/precision machining • Ability to operate CNC machines (any brand or type) • Understanding of basic machining principles • Strong attention to detail and quality awareness • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Reliable, punctual, and motivated • Junior to mid-level qualification What We Offer • Competitive monthly salary between €2,250 and €3,200, depending on experience • Stable full-time contract (40 hours per week) • Regular day shifts, Monday to Friday • Opportunity to work in a company with historical roots and a good reputation • Supportive team and pleasant working environment www.metafusioncareers.com [email protected]
