Your responsibilities:
- Independent operation, maintenance, and monitoring of our machinery
- Concrete production, including product monitoring and quality control
- Performing maintenance and repair work
- Identifying and resolving issues
What you should bring to the table:
- No formal training required – career changers welcome
- Manual dexterity and technical understanding
- Initiative, as well as quality- and solution-oriented thinking and action
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Willingness to work shifts
