CNC Milling Specialist – Midsize Components

Do you have experience in CNC milling and enjoy precise technical work? We are looking for a CNC Milling Specialist to produce midsize precision components in a high-tech manufacturing environment. What will you do? Operate CNC milling machines to manufacture midsize components. Set up and monitor machining processes according to work instructions. Read and work from technical drawings and specifications. Measure and inspect finished components to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy. Make basic adjustments where necessary and report deviations. Follow quality, safety and production standards. What are we looking for? Experience in CNC milling. Ability to read technical drawings. Confidence using measuring tools and performing precision work. Strong attention to detail and quality. Communicative English or Dutch. Willingness to work day shifts or a 2/3-shift schedule, depending on production planning. What do we offer? A base salary of €2,954–€4,935 gross per month, depending on your experience and position level. Shift allowance paid on top of your base salary: 2 shifts: 13.30%. 3 shifts: 25%. 8.33% holiday allowance. A technical role focused on precision and quality in a high-tech production environment. No shift allowance applies to day shift. Working hours Day shift: 08:00–17:00. 2 shifts: 06:00–14:30 / 14:30–23:00. 3 shifts: 06:00–14:30 / 14:30–23:00 / 23:00–06:00.
