Your tasks:
- Conducting comprehensive recruitment processes
- Creating and publishing job advertisements
- Screening applications and conducting interviews
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients
- Collaborating with the HR and legalization department regarding employee hiring
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment
- Proficiency in Polish or German at a communicative level
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and under time pressure
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of MS Office package
