Responsibilities:
• Daily assistance in planning employee work schedules
• Welcoming new individuals and supporting them with accommodation
• Translating rules and regulations for new employees
• Accompanying employees on visits to the doctor, dentist, or hospital
• Transporting new employees to the office for registration
• Assisting with administrative formalities (e.g., obtaining a SOFI number)

Requirements:
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar position (caretaker / host)
• Communicative knowledge of English
• Category B driving license
• Creativity and good organizational skills
The job is in a residential facility in Germany (Dutch employment contract)
