Assembler / Technical Worker | Netherlands

We are looking for individuals to work on the repair of wooden crates and transport packaging. The main responsibilities will include repairing damaged crates, replacing broken components, and preparing them for reuse. The job requires precision, manual skills, and the ability to handle tools efficiently. Candidates must have experience working with metal – experience with metal profiles, metal constructions, steel components, or other tasks related to metal processing and repair is highly desirable. We are seeking a technically skilled individual who can perform repairs independently and is proficient with tools. After completing repairs, you will also check the condition of the crates and assess whether they meet quality standards and can be reused. Work is carried out according to instructions and checklists. Requirements: - Experience working with metal, - Experience with profiles, constructions, or metal components, - Experience in technical work, repairs, or assembly, - Knowledge of technical drawings, - Good knowledge of tools, - Manual and technical skills, - Precision and independence, - Proficiency in English or Dutch at a minimum B1 level. Working conditions: The work is conducted in a two-shift system: 06:00–15:00 and 15:00–24:00. We offer stable full-time employment in a modern facility and access to professional tools.
