As a seamstress specializing in shirts, you will play a key role in the production process, ensuring that each garment meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Your responsibilities will include
Constructing and sewing shirts according to customer specifications and patterns.
Making precise alterations and repairs to shirts to meet customer requirements.
Cutting pieces of fabric and assembling shirts using various sewing techniques.
Operating industrial sewing machines, stitching machines and other sewing equipment.
Ensuring that all shirts are finished to a high standard, with attention to detail in seams, stitching and overall construction.
Work with design and production teams to ensure consistency and quality control.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Meeting production deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements:
-Documented experience as a seamstress, with particular emphasis on sewing shirts.
-Proficiency in operating industrial sewing machines and other relevant equipment.
-Good understanding of shirt construction, fabric types and sewing techniques.
-Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
-Ability to interpret and work from patterns and measurements.
