Are you a skilled Head Sushi Chef looking for your next adventure in Norway?
Sabi Sushi has opened in Lillehammer, a vibrant city famous for its winter sports, cultural life, and stunning surroundings. With world-class skiing right outside your door and only 2 hours by train from Oslo, Lillehammer offers the perfect balance of nature, lifestyle, and city access.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in sushi preparation
Must hold European citizenship to work in Norway without the need for a visa
What We Offer:
Competitive monthly salary ranging from 38,000 to 46,000 NOK, depending on experience
Flexible work schedule: 165 hours per month, 5 weeks of vacation, and 2 days off per week

We are one of the largest and most respected sushi chains in Scandinavia, with 43 restaurants including Take Away shops, Diners, Restaurants, and two Michelin-starred Fine Dining Omakase experiences in Stavanger and Oslo. Our restaurants vary in size, seating from 10 to 160 guests, but all share a commitment to quality, simplicity, and delivering the best guest experience.
