For our restaurant Fussia in Amstelveen, we are looking for three Independent Working Chefs (Zelfstandig Werkend Kok I). Position & Responsibilities
As an Independent Working Chef, you are responsible for independently carrying out kitchen tasks and actively contributing to the quality of our dishes.
Your responsibilities include:
Independently preparing ingredients (mise en place)
Applying fundamental cooking techniques
Contributing ideas and input regarding menu composition, menu updates, and working methods
Managing inventory and placing orders
Professionally guiding and supervising kitchen assistants
What do you bring?
MBO level 3 working and thinking level (or equivalent)
Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques
Independent, responsible, and able to perform well under pressure
A team player with an eye for quality and hygiene
What we offer:
Competitive salary: €2,750 – €3,250 gross per month (depending on experience and skills)
Pension scheme in accordance with the Dutch hospitality (horeca) collective labor agreement (CAO)
