Position & Responsibilities
As an Independent Working Chef, you are responsible for independently carrying out kitchen tasks and actively contributing to the quality of our dishes.
Your responsibilities include:
- Independently preparing ingredients (mise en place)
- Applying fundamental cooking techniques
- Contributing ideas and input regarding menu composition, menu updates, and working methods
- Managing inventory and placing orders
- Professionally guiding and supervising kitchen assistants
What do you bring?
- MBO level 3 working and thinking level (or equivalent)
- Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques
- Independent, responsible, and able to perform well under pressure
- A team player with an eye for quality and hygiene
What we offer
- Competitive salary: €2,650 – €3,250 gross per month (depending on experience and skills)
