To strengthen our kitchen team, Anno Asia Amsterdam is looking for two enthusiastic and motivated Independent Cooks I.
Job Description
As an Independent Cook I, you will be responsible for:
- Independently preparing ingredients and mise en place
- Applying basic cooking techniques within a professional kitchen environment
- Contributing ideas regarding dishes, working methods, and kitchen quality
- Monitoring quality, hygiene, and efficiency in accordance with HACCP guidelines
- Maintaining a clean and organised workstation
- Working together within a motivated and professional kitchen team

- MBO level 3 working and thinking level
- Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques
- Team player with an eye for quality
- Ability to work accurately and perform well under pressure
