At Fussia, Asian fusion cuisine takes center stage. The restaurant is loved for its refined sushi, modern dishes, and stylish ambiance where quality and hospitality come together. To expand the kitchen team, they are looking for an Independent Working Chef I.
Function & Responsibilities
As an Independent Working Chef I, you are responsible for independently carrying out kitchen activities and actively contributing to the quality of our dishes.
Your tasks include:
- Independently preparing ingredients (mise-en-place)
- Applying basic cooking techniques
- Contributing ideas and input regarding the composition and adjustment of menus, menu cards, and working methods
- Taking responsibility for inventory management and ordering supplies
- Providing technical guidance and supervision to kitchen assistants.

- MBO level 3 working and thinking level
- Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques
- Independent, responsible, and stress-resistant
- Team player with an eye for quality and hygiene.

- Competitive salary: €2,650 – €3,250 gross per month (depending on experience and skills)
