To expand our kitchen team, we are looking for an enthusiastic Independent Working Chef who has a passion for cooking and enjoys working in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Position & Responsibilities
As an Independent Working Chef I, you will be responsible for independently carrying out kitchen activities and actively contributing to the quality of our dishes.
Your responsibilities include:
- Preparing ingredients independently (mise en place)
- Applying basic cooking techniques
- Contributing ideas and input regarding menu composition, menu adjustments, and working methods
- Managing inventory and placing orders
- Providing technical guidance and support to kitchen assistants
- Monitoring quality, presentation, and hygiene according to HACCP guidelines
Job Requirements
- MBO Level 3 working and thinking level
- Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques
- Team player with an eye for quality
- Able to work accurately and remain stress-resistant
- Flexible attitude and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
What We Offer
- A salary between €2,650 and €3,250 gross per month (based on full-time employment)
