Position & Responsibilities
As an Independent Working Chef I, you are responsible for independently carrying out kitchen activities and actively contributing to the quality of our dishes.
Your tasks include:
- Independently preparing ingredients (mise-en-place)
- Applying basic cooking techniques
- Contributing ideas and input regarding the composition and adjustment of menus, menu items, and working methods
- Being responsible for inventory management and placing orders
- Supervising and guiding kitchen assistants on a technical level.

- MBO level 3 working and thinking level
- Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques
