To strengthen the kitchen team, they are looking for an Independent Working Chef I who can contribute with passion, speed, and attention to quality to provide every guest with a flavorful and complete dining experience.
Function & Responsibilities
As an Independent Working Chef I, you are responsible for independently carrying out kitchen activities and contributing to the quality of the dishes.
Your tasks include:
Independently preparing ingredients (mise-en-place)
Applying basic cooking techniques in the preparation of dishes
Monitoring the quality of dishes (such as doneness, taste, and presentation)
Contributing ideas and input regarding the composition and adjustment of menus, menu cards, and working methods
Being jointly responsible for stock management and placing orders with regular suppliers
Supervising and guiding kitchen assistants
Working according to HACCP and hygiene regulations
Carrying out cleaning and tidying activities in the kitchen
Job Requirements
MBO level 3 working and thinking level
Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques
Independent, responsible, and stress-resistant
Team player with attention to quality, hygiene, and efficiency

Competitive salary: €2,650 to €3,250 gross per month (depending on experience)
