To strengthen the kitchen team, Restaurant Hang Zhou is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Independent Working Chef I.
Position & Responsibilities
As an Independent Working Chef I, you are responsible for independently carrying out kitchen activities and actively contributing to the quality of our dishes.
Your tasks include:
- Independently preparing ingredients (mise-en-place)
- Applying basic cooking techniques
- Contributing ideas and input regarding the composition and adjustment of menus, menu cards, and working methods
- Taking responsibility for inventory management and placing orders
- Technically supervising and guiding kitchen assistants/support staff

- MBO level 3 working and thinking level
- Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques
- Independent, responsible, and able to work well under pressure
- Team player with an eye for quality and hygiene
