Position & Responsibilities
As an Independent Working Cook I, you are responsible for independently carrying out kitchen duties and actively contributing to the quality of our dishes.
Your tasks include:
Independently preparing ingredients (mise-en-place)
Applying basic cooking techniques
Thinking along and providing input on the composition and adjustment of menus, the menu card, and working methods
Taking responsibility for stock management and orders
Providing technical guidance and support to kitchen assistant(s)

Market-based salary: €2,650 – €3,250 gross per month, depending on experience and skills
