**Independent Cook I – Wereldrestaurant Amber Waspik**
Wereldrestaurant Amber in Waspik is known for its varied world cuisine, all-in dining concept and wide selection of dishes from different international kitchens. Guests enjoy sushi, wok dishes, grill specialties and many other international dishes in a welcoming atmosphere. To strengthen the kitchen team, Wereldrestaurant Amber is looking for an Independent Cook I.
**Position & Responsibilities**
As an Independent Cook I, you are responsible for independently carrying out kitchen duties and actively contributing to the quality of our dishes.
Your tasks include:
* Independently preparing ingredients (mise-en-place)
* Applying basic cooking techniques
* Contributing ideas and input regarding the composition and adjustment of menus, the menu card and working methods
* Taking responsibility for stock management and orders
* Providing technical guidance and support to kitchen assistants.

* Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques

* Market-based salary: €2,650 – €3,250 gross per month, depending on experience and skills
