**Independent Cook I – Mr. Au in Eindhoven**
Mr. Au by Sun On in Eindhoven is a well-known Asian restaurant in Eindhoven-Noord, where guests can enjoy an extensive dining concept with flavorful small dishes, sushi and culinary dishes with an Asian twist. To strengthen the kitchen team, Mr. Au is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Independent Cook I.
**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
As an Independent Cook I, you are responsible for independently carrying out kitchen duties and actively contributing to the quality of our dishes.
Your duties include:
* Independently preparing ingredients (mise-en-place)
* Applying basic cooking techniques
* Contributing ideas and input on the composition and adjustment of menus, menu cards and working methods
* Taking responsibility for inventory management and orders
* Technically supervising and guiding kitchen assistant(s).

* MBO level 3 working and thinking level
* Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques
