Position & Responsibilities
As an Independent Working Cook I, you are responsible for independently carrying out kitchen duties and actively contributing to the quality of our dishes.
Your responsibilities include:
Independently preparing ingredients (mise-en-place)
Applying basic cooking skills
Preparing dishes according to recipes and quality standards
Contributing ideas for menus, work processes, and kitchen improvements
Managing stock control and ordering
Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and HACCP regulations
Supporting and guiding kitchen assistants
