Independent Working Chef I – Hing Ta

To strengthen the kitchen team, Hing Ta Tilburg is looking for an enthusiastic Independent Working Chef I.
Position & Responsibilities
As an Independent Working Chef I, you will be responsible for independently carrying out kitchen activities and actively contributing to the quality of our dishes.
Your responsibilities include:
- Independently preparing ingredients (mise en place)
- Applying basic cooking skills
- Preparing dishes according to recipes and quality standards
- Contributing ideas regarding menus, work processes, and kitchen improvements
- Managing inventory and placing orders
- Monitoring hygiene, safety, and HACCP guidelines
- Supporting and guiding kitchen assistants
