Position & Responsibilities
As an Independent Cook I you are responsible for independently carrying out kitchen duties and actively contributing to the quality of our dishes.
Your tasks include among others:
Independently preparing ingredients (mise-en-place)
Applying basic cooking skills
Preparing dishes according to recipes and quality standards
Thinking along about menus, work processes and improvements in the kitchen
Being responsible for stock management and orders
Monitoring hygiene, safety and HACCP guidelines
Supporting and supervising kitchen assistants

Market-based salary: €2,650 – €3,250 gross per month (depending on experience)
