Senior Housekeeper
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring and monitoring cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas, in accordance with quality standards
- Coordinating cleaning projects in the room area
- Organizing necessary repairs and checking their completion
- Clarifying and discussing issues in collaboration with the Head Housekeeper
- Ensuring the overall organization of the office and workflow
- Allocating cleaning staff in the room area for day or evening shifts
- Monitoring work schedules, as well as organizing and supervising the activities of employees, temporary staff, and external companies
- Efficiently managing cleaning materials and administering the lost and found office
- Training cleaning staff, apprentices, and interns
What we are looking for:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in housekeeping and initial coordination/management experience in the hospitality industry
- Very good knowledge of German and English is required (other foreign languages are an advantage)
- Professional attitude and a neat appearance
- Attention to detail and orientation towards the highest quality standards

- Salary: Between €2,725.00 and €3,470.00 gross, according to the pay scale (depending on experience)
- Contract type: Initially for a fixed term of one year, with the possibility of extension
Accommodation costs: Between €245.00 and €475.00 gross per month
Start date: As soon as possible after relocation
