The restaurant has built an excellent reputation by consistently serving high-quality dishes in a welcoming atmosphere. To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for an Independent Chef I.
Job Responsibilities
As an Independent Chef I, you will be responsible for independently carrying out kitchen duties and actively contributing to the quality of our dishes.
Your responsibilities include:
Independently preparing ingredients (mise en place)
Applying fundamental cooking techniques
Contributing ideas for the composition and improvement of menus, menu items, and working methods
Managing stock and placing orders
Providing technical guidance and supervision to kitchen assistants
What do you bring as an Independent Chef I?
MBO Level 3 working and thinking level or equivalent
Demonstrable knowledge of fundamental cooking techniques
Independent, responsible, and able to perform well under pressure
A team player with an eye for quality and hygiene

Competitive salary: €2,650 – €3,250 gross per month (depending on skills and qualifications)
