To strengthen the kitchen team, Rose Palace / Q Love Restaurant is looking for 2 Independent Working Chefs I.
Position & Responsibilities
As an Independent Working Chef I, you are responsible for independently carrying out kitchen activities and actively contributing to the quality of our dishes.
Your duties include, among other things:
Independently preparing ingredients (mise-en-place)
Applying basic cooking techniques
Contributing ideas and providing input regarding the composition and adjustment of menus, the menu card and working methods
Taking responsibility for stock management and orders
Providing professional guidance and supervision to kitchen assistant(s)
What do you bring as an Independent Working Chef I?
MBO level 3 working and thinking level
Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques
Independent, responsible and able to work under pressure
Team player with an eye for quality and hygiene

Market-based salary: €2,650 – €3,250 gross per month (depending on experience and skills)
