Position & Responsibilities
As an Independent Working Cook I, you are responsible for independently carrying out kitchen duties and actively contributing to the quality of our dishes.
Your responsibilities include:
Independently preparing ingredients (mise-en-place)
Applying basic cooking techniques
Contributing ideas and input regarding the composition and adjustment of menus, menu cards and working methods
Taking responsibility for stock management and ordering
Professionally supervising and guiding kitchen assistants.

MBO level 3 working and thinking level
Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques
Independent, responsible and stress-resistant
Team player with an eye for quality and hygiene.

Competitive salary: €2,650 – €3,250 gross per month (depending on experience and skills)
