Since its establishment in 1992, Kiraku has worked to create a distinctive Japanese dining experience. Using fresh ingredients, the restaurant serves a variety of dishes such as sushi, tempura and teriyaki dishes. Over the years, Kiraku has also developed its own collection of homemade sauces, bringing a little bit of Japan to every plate, Kiraku-style. To strengthen the kitchen team, Kiraku is looking for 3 Independent Working Cooks I.
Function & Responsibilities
As an Independent Working Cook I, you are responsible for independently carrying out kitchen activities and actively contributing to the quality of our dishes.
Your responsibilities include:
Independently preparing ingredients (mise-en-place)
Applying basic cooking techniques
Contributing ideas and input regarding the composition and adaptation of menus, menu cards and working methods
Taking responsibility for stock management and orders
Providing professional guidance and support to kitchen assistants.

Competitive salary: €2,650 – €3,250 gross per month (depending on skills and qualifications)
