Truck driver incl. cable layer (m/f/d)

To support our German partners, we are looking for a full-time truck driver incl. cable layer (m/f/d) as soon as possible. Duties/Responsibilities: • Implementation and compliance with the defined occupational safety measures • Assignment of work in the assigned team • Laying of power cables up to 525 kV in the field of medium and high voltage technology in pipe systems, excavation trenches, buildings, tunnels and on high voltage pylons • Driving vehicles and operating typical machines used in cable laying technology (winches, thrusters and other machines and devices) • Driving trucks and transport and installation of cable hangers including implementation and monitoring of the winding and unwinding process • Preparation, implementation and monitoring of electrical tests (e.g. MV test on the cable sheath, OTDR measurement, etc.) • Participation in the documentation of performed work according to the progress of the project • Conducting activities in close coordination with the superior site manager Profile: • Several years of professional experience in similar jobs is desirable, but not essential • Successfully completed professional training is desirable, but not essential • Good manual skills • Reliable, structured, flexible and independent way of working • Personal commitment, communication and team skills, flexibility and resilience • Careful and prudent work behavior • Willingness to change tasks at home and abroad is expected • Driving license class CE, number 95 • Handling of loading cranes (Atlas, Hiab or similar) desirable • Knowledge of German language, knowledge of English is an advantage What do we offer? • Opportunities for advancement • 18 EUR gross hourly wage • Additional meal expenses (all-day flat rate €28/day net) • Coverage of travel expenses • Paid individual accommodation • Annual leave 30 days
