Training and development:
• Experienced drivers: 2-week onboarding period to familiarize with equipment and procedures
• Inexperienced drivers: 1 month internship
Before the first trip:
• Trial drive – skills assessment
• Jenson Academy – introduction to processes and safety standards
• Responsible approach to equipment and assigned tasks
Required documents:
• Driving license category CE (both sides) – Polish driving license if you have a residence card
• Driver qualification card (Code 95)
• Driver card (for the tachograph)
• ADR (if you have it)
• PESEL (if you have it)
• Psychotechnical tests
Additional documents for non-European Union citizens:
• Passport
• Current visa or residence card
