Work under a German employment contract directly for DHL/Deutsche Post without agencies or Polish subcontractors. Deutsche Post DHL in Munich is currently looking for several employees for the position:
COURIER Category B/ Van Driver (START 20.7)
Work location: MUNICH and surrounding areas
ACCOMMODATION PROVIDED (350-390€)
(TRAINING/ONBOARDING for the first 2 weeks. Scanner and printer with different settings)
REQUIREMENTS:
Delivering letters, packages, parcels
Category B driving license
european certificate of no criminal record
KNOWLEDGE OF GERMAN OR ENGLISH - strong basics
having your own car for commuting to work is a plus
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Courier Category B, Delivery Person
Delivering packages and parcels in one of the areas of Munich with a van up to 3.5 tons or delivering letters by electric bicycles
Work min 8 hours a day (max 10.5h then overtime)
work 5 days a week from Monday to Saturday, Sundays ALWAYS off, the second day off depends on the schedule
thorough training/onboarding for vans UP TO 3.5 tons (training fully paid as part of the job)
SALARY:
Accommodation is available for 490€ per person per month, (double rooms)
gross approx. 2860€ to start, depending on the tax class
17.92€/h gross (including 50% holiday bonus) + regional allowance of 1.63€ depending on the district/region, which means an hourly rate of 19.55€ gross.
Base of 38.5 hours per week guaranteed in the contract,
permanent employment contract, directly with all contributions,
Overtime may be available, 25% extra paid
rotational work system
Public holidays at work 110% extra paid
training and onboarding 2-3 weeks - 100% paid, treated as normal work
ADDITIONAL COMPANY PENSION (besides the state one from DHL)
a German employment contract for six months with Deutsche Post with the possibility of extension, directly with all contributions
Weihnachtsgeld, i.e. 13th bonus in November/ Urlaubsgeld ("holiday under the tree" bonus 332€ in July) + up to 70% discounts on employee vacations, only after one year of service!
