The German company, which has been in operation since 1997, will hire directly on-site, order pickers for a warehouse with refrigerated goods (3°C). Syldorf GmbH & Co. KG is not a hiring or recruiting agency for other principals.
Activities:
- Collecting orders according to the stores' demand with the help of headphones in Polish and German (Pick-by-Voice) and a push cart on foot
- Confirmation of order receipt and execution using microphone and scanner
Requirements:
- physical fitness
- conscientiousness in carrying out orders
- taking care of the orderliness of the workplace and performing it according to health and safety regulations and hygiene rules
Possibility to work in a system, i.e. 3 weeks at work and 1 week off in Poland, or full system.
- Employment contract on German terms with translation into Polish
- full social package
- 24 days of paid vacation per year
- one day shift from 07:00 a.m.
- working 6 days a week, from Monday to Saturday about 180 to 200 hours per month
- hourly rate of at least EUR 13.50 gross + piecework bonus (bonus up to EUR 8.60 extra per hour)
- guaranteed monthly salary on the 15th banking day
- possibility to take weekly advances
- we provide working clothes (company shoes and sweatshirts)
- daily transportation from the quarters to the place of work by company minibuses (payment of EUR 1 per day)
- fully furnished and equipped accommodation for a monthly fee
- TV and WiFi at all quarters
- you will be looked after by a coordinator and a foreman
- help with registration with the authorities and with Kindergeld applications
