Order Picker
Location: Ghent, Belgium
Project start: 09/05/2025 or 16/05/2025
Job Description:
- Order picking
- Preparing finished pallets for shipment
- Unloading goods, quality checking
- Sorting and moving goods in the warehouse
- Performing tasks in a 2-shift system (6-14 and 14-22)
We Offer:
- Employment under Belgian conditions
- Rate: €16.68 gross/hour (salary paid weekly)
- Holiday allowance – 15.38% of annual gross earnings €5130 gross
- Annual bonus – 8.33% of annual gross earnings €2770 gross – provided a minimum of 65 days worked from July of the current year to June of the next
- Guaranteed 39 hours of work per week, overtime paid at 150% (over 50 hours per week)
- Possibility to use company accommodation – €140/week
- Food voucher worth €6.50 gross for each day worked (employee contribution €1.09)
- Option to purchase additional health insurance – €10 per month
- Free commute to work, possibility to use a company car
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position
- Good command of English
- Willingness to start work immediately
- Ease of working in a team, conscientiousness, accuracy, independence, flexibility
- Category B driving license
- Willingness to work in a shift system
