The Plus Distribution Center in Oss is a distribution center that is largely mechanized and is one of the most modern distribution centers in the Netherlands. This distribution center provides more efficient deliveries to all PLUS supermarkets.
Job Description:
Flexibility on the shop floor is essential. Our warehouse operates in three shifts from Monday to Sunday, with various working hours: 06:00-14:30, 14:00-22:30, and 22:00-06:30 (hours can change and some departments work 2 shifts).
What are you going to do?
As a versatile warehouse worker, you will likely rotate through various departments:
• Inbound: receiving new goods from truck drivers
• CPS (Continuous Packing System): Voice picking and equipment handling
• DPS (Direct Picking System): Picking products under time pressure
• Outbound: Placing carts for pickup (heavy job)
• Emballage: Handling empty product packages and carts (heavy job)
The work is physically demanding, with some departments requiring heavy lifting (25kg)
You must be ready to work in all departments, especially those requiring heavy lifting.
What do you get?
• Horly wage €15.85 gross/hour + 8.33% holiday allowance = € 17.17 gross/hour
+ shifts allowances (19:00-22:00 and04:00-06:00 = 125% and 22:00-04:00 = 150%)
• Travel allowance of €0.21 per km, up to 50 km per day

Requirements:
• Fluent in English or Dutch
• Experience in logistics
• Ability to lift 20 kg
• Willing to work in 3 shifts or 2 shifts, including overtime and weekends
