(M/F) Warehouse Worker for Oversized Packages

Extra @ Home specializes in sorting and distributing larger shipments. These are products weighing over 30 kg or measuring more than 176 cm x 78 cm x 58 cm. Extra @ Home operates distribution six days a week, processing around 2000 shipments daily. These shipments come from several large clients, such as Jysk, Home24, and smaller clients. Every day, about 60–100 logistics employees work on our processes in collaboration with logistics coordinators. What tasks await you? - Scanning products to identify their destination - Transporting products to the correct location in two warehouses - Lifting heavy shipments - Processing products based on scanning data and address labels - Operating EPT (electric pallet truck) to transport large products on pallets in both warehouses (the employer provides free training) What requirements must you meet? - Communicative English language skills - Physical fitness (shipments weigh over 30 kg) - Willingness to work physically in a rotational shift system. - Logistics/warehouse experience is a plus - A valid category B driving license is a plus What can we offer you? - Rate: €16.17 gross/hour (base rate €14.98/hour gross + 8% holiday bonus) - Shift bonuses, 130% for overtime, 150% on Saturdays, 200% on Sundays; - Constant access to planning, payslips, and other documents through the online employee portal, - Assistance in organizing your trip to the Netherlands, - Coordinator support in the Netherlands, - Holland Zorg insurance, - Weekly payments – transfers to your specified account, - Free transportation to work (from our accommodation) in company cars, - Reimbursement of travel costs for those with their own accommodation. - Driver bonus of €3 per day Agency employment registration number: 470 Interested candidates are invited to send their CV by using the APPLY button.
